Kathy was out at the Greens’ last night and I was left to my own devices. I spent the next two hours looking for some devices.

I finally found the TV remote.

“Thank you. Thank you.

“Boy, I was getting really nervous about coming out here tonight, but I’m okay now. I got to thinking—Hey!—all you guys are probably feeling very lucky to be here, am I right? I mean, this is not an easy audience to get into?

“So of course you figure that anyone they put up here and call a comedian must be funny. And that takes the pressure off me.

“Because if I’m not funny, you’ll think it’s your fault.”

I’m glad the Jeopardy College championship ended this week, and we’re back to normal. Now I can watch regular people who are smarter than me, instead of College people who are smarter than me.

I never watch the Teen Tournament. I’m not that stupid.
